Davian's POV
"Ow!" I shout and invisible force yanks me out of Purgatory and throws me against my dad's bed.
I take out my phone to call Invidian to realise he called me twenty times and sent me a bunch of incoherent messages. I swallow with worry and try to call him.
"Sorry, this number is unavailable."
I try calling him a few more times but there is no response. My stomach sinks with anxiety. I check the date on my phone with alarm. It's Saturday, Invidian's last day. I've been gone for two days. Goddammit. Immediately I call Ascanius and facepalm myself for thinking it can't.
