Everyone in the room went silent. All of their gazes went toward Lilith, who was about to take a bite of her food. She quietly placed her fork down with the sudden undivided attention she had, fixing the utensil down on her plate before placing both of her hands together, to rest them on her thighs.
"I can ask anything I wanted to, right?" The woman asked, still maintaining her neutral expression.
