THALIA'S POV I finally realized what Tristan meant when he said I had the smell of fresh blood coming off of me. That night, my period came, practically ambushing me out of nowhere. It wasn't supposed to be until at least a week later, but who am I to question Mother Nature? What I wasn't comfortable with though was the part about Tristan sensing it from hours away. My room door suddenly burst open, and I groaned loudly in frustration as I rolled over in bed to see who it was. "You know, I hate to admit this, but Tristan was right. You and Greene are terrible at respecting people's privacy, Allana. I'm pretty sure you two will drop dead on the spot the day you manage to knock before walking into a room," I said grumpily as I struggled to sit up in bed, resting my back on the headboard.
