Graham's POV
“Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Graham Caldwell you've stuffed me like a turkey.” Janessa exclaimed.
“At this rate I'm going to be on ‘My 700-lb life’ and you're gonna be the doting partner through thick and thin.”
Her laughter was soft, lazy- the kind that came only when she felt completely safe.
She took off her panties. Toppled face-down onto the bed- still in her bra. Hair tumbling across the sheets.
I moved the last gift boxes away and sat beside her.
“You got that right,” I murmured. “You can change all you want, I’ll still be here.”
She peeked at me over her shoulder, playful but a little unsure. Struggling with her bra strap.
