Janessa's POV
With everyone's advice, ever so smart points and my own deliberations, I agreed to work at Graham's company.
It was my plan anyway.
I'd told mum,“if my business plans were not successful I'll come back home and recoup.”
I'd done everything I could. Time to relax and go where life was showing me. Learn a thing or two before I start again.
“Stay still, Janessa.” Alesha cautioned, her phone and ring light already in my face.
Today was my first day at the company, in the marketing department. It had taken me a week to get myself together and fly back home.
“For what?” I snapped, adjusting my bag. “I don't want to keep Mr. G waiting.”
“For pictures of my corporate baddie best friend. Duhh.”
“Relax,” she added. “Dad is always early. But it’s barely 7:15am.”
