Jaz's Point Of View,

"Just one bottle of beer will not make us drunk, so let us cheer", I said to him and opened the bottles, he was looking at me with wide eyes, I know I am the one who made that rule that we should not drink until our match but it is his birthday and I just want to make this memorable for him so let us do this.

"Jaz, are you sure we should do that, I mean I am still a little scared, what if something happens to us, I mean you are the lead player of the team and I do not want to do any mistake", said Bob to me and I just tapped his shoulder and made him smile, I know he was genuinely worried about me and our team but I just know, this beer has low alcohol and that will not make us drunk, we both would be fine before morning, so it is totally safe, so he does not need to worry about this.

"I am saying is true, you do not need to worry about me, okay, and it is safe, so trust me, nothing will happen wrong and we would be fine before morning, so now stop thinking that much and let us drink", I said to him and made him drink a sip and he also did the same and after that we started drinking and talking about our life and our game, soon the bottle got finished and I just dumped the bottles in the dustbin and I saw Bob was just standing behind me and I got scared for a second.

"What the hell, you f*****g scared me Bob", I said to him and he just laughed a little after hearing my words, before I could say something else he just pulled me into a hug.

"It was the best birthday of my life, I just never been so happy on my birthday before today, so thank you so much Jaz for making my day so special and memorable for me, I just can not forget this ever", he said to me and I just hugged him back so tightly, I just know that he was happy and that is why I am happy too.

"Come on, now stop saying thank you, I know that you are at lacking words, so now let us not talk about this anymore, I am so happy that I could make you happy, now you will never forget me and also I am glad that at least I could do something for you", I said to him and he just smiled at me.

"You did a lot for me, so let us take a picture together and I am gonna frame those pictures so that I can hang it in my room, I will see that picture every day then", he said to me and I just laughed a little at his words and we clicked an of pictures together, I noticed that I am genuinely happy with Bob coz he is not fake like other, I only get good vibes from him and that is why I am somehow feeling so relieved.

"So now, we should go back home now as we have to wake up on time, we should not let others know about our small party", I said to him and laughed a little and he also laughed with me and nodded his head as we both headed out from that park and now I can never forget that park, it was not the first time when I came at this park but now I am having a great memory here so this is now special for me, Bob started his bike and I just sat behind him and we headed back towards home.

"Bob, tell me one thing, did you really like what we did today, I mean you like my company and today's party or you were just pretending to make me happy", I asked him and he just stopped his bike all of the sudden and glared at me and I just gulped hard.

"Hey, if you are trying to scare me, then I am really scared now, stop staring at me like that", I said to him but he was still glaring at me.

"Jaz, how can you say that to me, I mean how could you ask that I am pretending that, you know I was so happy today, no one ever did anything for me like that, I am an average boy who does not have friends and I genuinely started liking you as a friend and that is why I used to know what is going on in your life and now look at you you are saying that I am pretending or not, you are so mean", he said to me and I was feeling so dumbfounded after hearing his words, gosh, what the hell I did, how can I ask such question when I could see how happy he was today, Jaz, you are just disaster, to be honest.

"Hey Bob, I really did not mean to say that, I was actually curious to know if I am thinking wrong, I know that you are so genuine with me and that is why I am here with you, I did not mean to hurt you, trust me, I am just a little stupid, can you please forgive me", I asked him and he was just looking at me with narrow eyes, and I was just trying to make a puppy face.

"Are you sure this is what you mean", he asked me again and I just nodded my head instantly, I really did not mean to hurt him or make him feel like that, I am so stupid that I asked something like that.

"I am very sure, now just forget what I said, let us go home and please forget what I said", I said to him and pulled him into a hug and he also hugged me back.

"Please do not think like that again, I really consider you as my close friend as you know that I do not have many friends, so next time if you said something like you are gonna lose me", he said to me and I just nodded my head.

"I am sorry", I said simply and he smiled at me slowly.

"You are forgiven, never do that again, okay", he said to me and I just smiled at him and he started the back and we headed towards my home, we did not talk much after that as I was just feeling that I am getting sleepy, I do not think that it is happening coz of that beer, I am just feeling so tired.

"Thanks, bro", I said and soon we reached my home and he stopped the bike and I jumped down from the bike and he also jumped down and hugged me,

"Thanks for today, never gonna forget that", he said to me and I just and nodded my head.

"See you tomorrow", I said to him and he nodded his head.

"Drive safe okay", I said to him and he nodded his head and went back towards his home and I also headed inside the home and opened just opened the door for me.

"So here you come, where have you been", mom asked me as I headed inside and mom closed the door behind us.

"It was my friend's birthday and we just cut the cake for him and he was so happy about that", I said to my mom and she was just looking at me with confused eyes.

"Jaz, did you drink", mom asked me and seems like my mouth is smelling like that, I do not want to lie to my mom so I just nodded my head.

"Amm I just had a beer with him", I said to my mom and she just glared at me and then smiled slowly.

"I am glad that you did not lie to me", she said and placed a small kiss on my head.
