Chapter 5

Telling her parents, she was inexplicably moving out didn't go that bad and after a little push and pull Stella was on broad which helped ease everyone into the idea. "Henri you better have this suite," she said as she got in her car. Mondays, Stella has late classes so it's the only day they took separate cars. Aria had packed a few knickknacks. Henri loaded the car and listened to her complain about how horrible he was making her life. "I got this," he said giving her a key. "How did you get this? You need to tell me something about you. I need to know what I got myself into." "You'll find out soon enough," he smiled and kissed her hand. "We need to get you to campus before we're late for our favorite class," he smiled. Aria's heart jumped. "You can't come to class with me you're not a student," she said looking over at him. "We both know that I've lied to you once and did something drastic. Do we have to do this again?" he asked her. "Just tell me how?" she asked. "I was invisible to your world but I could still physically interact enough to go into the school's database and changes something's and add some others," he said. "Don't ever do anything like that again," she ordered and drove out of the garage. "You can't just make life what you want it to be." "Do you ever wish you could?" he asked but she didn't answer. Henri slid into the seat next to Aria at the top of the amphitheater. He looked down at the professor and wasn’t impressed. Dr. DuPont was a tall man with a medium build. He was average at best, and Aria could certainly do better. “This is the guy you keep having dirty thoughts about. He’s not worth it,” Henri whispered to her. If it wasn't for his straight pearly whites and movie star hair no one would give him a second glance. “You know it’s not too late to pick a new major,” Aria smiled at him. She heard nothing more then his constant tease on the ride to campus. She was now tired of it. “Then we wouldn’t get to spend time together and get to know one another,” Henri said placing a string of hair behind her ear. He shot her with her own words. “You seem to know a lot about me, but I know nothing about you,” she countered. “I lived in your mind for four years it happens,” he said turning his attention back to Dr. DuPont who was watching the pair closely. Henri knew the guy’s MO without even trying. He loved the way Aria and her peers idolized him. He was a god in their eyes and that got him off. The way she'd walked through fire on his say so, and how attentive she was to his needs. All of that was coming to an end if Henri had anything to say about it. Henri rubbed Aria's knee with his index finger circling it. "What are you doing?" she asked with wide eyes. She hated the way her body heated at his touch. "I'm listening to Professor Dreamy," he said never looking away from the smartboard. "Take your hands off of me, “Aria said pushing his hand away. "Why? Don't want to give your boyfriend the impression that you've moved on?" he asked turning to her. His eyes were wild and searching, but her focus was on the teasing smile on his lips. "Will, you shut up," she whispered. Henri moved his hand slowly up her knee and under her skirt. "Keep looking at me," he said as his hand inched its way up her dress. Aria was frozen by the want in his gaze. "We're in public," she said looking down at all her classmates. "Eyes on mine," he said as he moved his hand up and down her inner thigh. Henri peeked down. Dr. DuPont had been watching the two and was wondering why Aria was still sitting there allowing this kid to touch her. He watched as they looked at each other and talked. Aria quivered and knew this had to come to an end. "Seriously stop," she said looking dead into his eyes. "Do you think this will feel the same?" He challenged feeling jealousy take over. "Are you jealous?" she asked deflecting, but she wasn't wrong. "Ah, witchling you finally got me figured out," he said with a sarcastic snort. "I can't wait for these two weeks to be over," she sighed as she sank deeper into her chair. Aria was greatly annoyed by Henri and the little she truly knew about him. She was mostly annoyed by the control he had over her body. "Don't worry I just might stick around for a little bit and keep you company," he whispered in her ear. He rubbed his nose against the shell of her ear then took her earlobe in his mouth and sucked on it. "Ok, that's all we have for today," Dr. DuPont said causing everyone to start packing and for Henri and Aria to jump away from each other. Dr. DuPont was staring right at Aria and her heart started to race. Henri grabbed her hand and led her out of the upper level door. "Let go of me," she ordered once her mind stopped reeling. She had to find out how much Dr. DuPont saw and how bad this seemed. "Come on Ari, I was just having a little fun," Henri said as he looked down at her. "Your boyfriend is just really sensitive." "You aren't invisible anymore. You can't just touch me and kiss me in the middle of class. It's wrong," she yelled. "Fine I'll try not to kiss you or touch you during class," he said as he inched closer to her. "But it's going to be really hard." Aria looked up at him and wish she could look away. Everything about him mesmerized her and she couldn't stop the heat growing between her legs. "Ms. Davis," Dr. DuPont said as he stood beside them. "Dr. DuPont," Aria said as she took a huge step back and away from Henri. "May I speak with you in my office?" he asked. "Um, yes I have class in fifteen minutes though," she awkwardly smiled at him. "This won't take long I assure you," he said smiling back at her. A dark, blush colored Aria’s cheeks as she fidgeted under his gaze. Henri felt his body combust in a heat wave of anger. "I'll be waiting," Henri said as two pairs of eyes glared at him. "Ok," Aria said as she walked into the small office with Dr. DuPont and closed the door. "Is everything okay?" Aria asked as Dr. DuPont walked around his desk and sat down. "I was just wondering the same. Are you feeling okay?" he demanded. "I mean, have you lost your damn mind coming into my classroom and doing what you did with him? What you do on your time is your time, but that was completely inappropriate for my classroom. Who is he?” He added as a demand. "David, it was nothing," she started. But he stopped her explanation. -"It was something. I see how you look at him. That's something," he yelled. It wasn’t his intention to argue with her, but he couldn’t help himself. Aria had no idea who she was dealing with. David knew Henri was trouble firsthand. This had to stop. "He's just my suitemate, I promise you." Realization took over his features. "Suitemate? You live on campus now?" he asked. He was both delighted ad confused. "Yes," she said feeling the air stir with a higher awareness. Now there was very little to keep them apart. "How do you like it?" he asked. Trying to tame his wild thoughts. "I haven't started yet. I just moved in today. I think it could be really fun." "I think it will be too," he smiled at her. He stood from his seat and walked over and opened the door for her. "I'll see you in the lab tomorrow?" she asked. "Yes, you will," he smiled. "Maybe I could take you out for that milkshake, since you won't have to run home?" "Maybe," she nodded. "Bye David." "Bye Aria."
