Chapter 14The tire-busting cracks in unrepaired streets made Cape Unity’s delicate two-step around budget woes clear. It also made it hard for Drayco to avoid all the potholes in the gathering darkness of a clouded twilight sky. Not that streetlights would help since several at the end of Main Street were broken.
