She moaned as certain hands stroked her hair and placed a soft fluffy warm material on her forehead. Where was she? What was happening? Her mouth was dry and tasted a lot like cotton balls and she coughed, trying to get rid of the arid dryness that plagued her throat. "Easy," A soothing voice reached her ears and she sighed, relaxing into the touch that grazed her temples. "Wa...ter," She croaked and the hand stilled. Her eyes which had felt too heavy to lift struggled to flutter open but she couldn't for the life of her lift them yet. "Jeremy," The voice called and the pitter-patter sounds of footsteps reached Ivory's ears and she turned around trying to figure out where she was. The air felt cool. Not freezing cold but cool and soothing, washing over her in gentle, caressing waves.
