I muttered as we’re on our way to Lucas’s parents house. As we carefully followed the so-called rules of dating, we must introduce our lover to our family members.
That’s what we’re doing, travelling far from the city just to come to the suburban area where his parents lived. While maneuvering the steep road and hills, I made sure we didn’t involve in any accidents, while also inhaling and exhaling repeatedly to calm my nerves.
