I am so glad that Mrs. Dawson and Albert are there for you. So, you are showing Lady Collingsworth a lot of interesting places. A ride in the country? How wonderful. I can imagine how much she enjoyed the fresh air, and all of the delightful surprises found in our beautiful English countryside.
And, you were right; this trip would have been too hard for Phillip Nathanial. I know he is being well taken care of, so I do not have to worry about him.
About Mountain Jack, well, he looks just like his name, rugged, tough, and very old. But he is an honest, honorable man whom I was lucky enough to meet. He managed to help get things straightened out and got me to Fort Henry safe and sound. It is quite an impressive Fort.
