Athena walks into the restaurant with her Omega bodyguard. As expected, Alpha Pinto was there partying with Sonka sitting by his side. Athena groaned under her breath. She didn’t want to do this, she wanted to stick by Luther’s suggestion, but Caleb was the Alpha and his instructions were clear. Play ball and get Pinto off our backs. She equally didn’t like the fact that they were leaving Luther to fight this alone. She wanted to hear from Pinto before making the final decision. She had told her omegas to be on the look out for Pinto and Sonka. They had come hours later to tell her they were in the restaurant. Athena sat opposite Pinto and Sonka refusing their pleasantries as they got up to greet her. She could see the shock and embarrassment as they had exchanged glances and sat down.
