The bright sunlight hit Albert’s face as he was pulled out of the produce truck. He had lost track of time. He had gone in and out of consciousness a couple of times. He must have been out of it not to know when they placed a bottle of water by his side. Too tired, he had managed to take a few sips and had passed out. The pain was a tad bearable, but he was sore. He had woken up to the truck pulling to stop and the door of the storage compartment opening. He tried getting up, but he fell back with a thud, he had black spots in his vision. He was too weak to fight anyway. He hears and feels the heavy thuds of footsteps coming towards him. Two huge men with their faces covered with face masks stood over him, they bent, grabbed his limbs and carried him out of the compartment. He mumbles “
