The next morning at Coles enterprise

A white Bentley with other cars quietly made its way inside the company and a beautiful damsel stepped out, she was wearing a flawless white dress with a pair of black heels and bag making her look stunning.

She walked into the company elegantly taking her time while her guard escorted her peacefully, the whole vibes was giving a hundred percent look of I own my space and know my worth.

She slowly walked to the elevator and entered.

Meanwhile at the office, Jayden was already losing his cool because miss Competent is behind schedule, they have been waiting for her for almost an hour.

He was about to get up when the door opened and Emilia Harere walked in gently, she looked beautiful, calm and sophisticated.

With a calm look and a smile, she sat down and apologized sincerely for coming late because she got caught up in traffic.

Jayden didn't believe her but couldn't say anything because it seems the other board members had no issues with her coming late and were smiling sheepishly at her.

The meeting started and the flow went very well, the Cole enterprises presented their proposal and it was well received by Miss Harere who promised to get back to them after her own evaluation.

All through the meeting, Jayden was immersed with Emilia, who he thought was familiar but couldn't place how that was possible because this lady in front of her was nothing like her ex girlfriend.

Emilia on the other hand found herself being drawn to Jayden, he was still as handsome as ever but behind the handsomeness, she was reminded of his betrayal.

After the meeting, a young handsome man met Emilia and introduced himself as Wendell Ramos, they both exchanged pleasantries but you can see the admiration in his eyes for Emily.

Jayden who didn't understand why he was jealous left the office abruptly because he didn't want make a scene that he will not explain.

As he was about to enter the elevator, miss Harere and others met up with him and they all went down together.

As soon as the elevator stopped, a little beautiful girl was standing on the ground with her cute puppy eyes, besides her was her mom Jessica, who was looking stunning as well.

Jayden hugged Jesse and kissed her and in turn bent down to carry his daughter and introduced them to Miss Harere as his wife and daughter, who smiled and exchanged pleasantries with them.

Jessica was stunned with the beauty of Miss Harere plus she has heard about how wealthy they are and made up her mind to befriend her, but in all these, she can feel an unexplained hatred for the young lady but despite her feeling, she won't miss the opportunity of getting close to Miss Harere.

Emilia was about to leave when she heard a familiar voice calling our Mrs Cole about the documents that needs her attention, she was stunned when she turned and saw Grace, her best friend years ago.

Although she was investigating the Cole's during her stay in California, she never investigated Jessica who she thought had no idea of what happened between her and Jayden.

She was excited to see Grace but a part of her felt hurt because Grace never looked for her even after she called to tell her what happened before her disappearance, but on a second thought, she said maybe she thought she travelled and decided not to bother her.

She was lost in thought that she didn't notice and bump in to a hard body, she quickly apologized and looked up to see Ryan Cole, he greeted her.

Be careful beautiful lady, I don't want you having injuries, Emilia smiled at him and thanked him for his care

Although he was angry at the Cole's, Ryan never wronged her for a day, so she doesn't have any grudge against him.

In a little corner was Grace who was already seething with anger due to the little bond Emilia had with Ryan and also she can't explain why she felt scared of that young lady.

Emilia had have enough drama for the day and quickly entered her car and they driver started the car and off they went.
