Jayden Pov

I woke up with a banging headache, I was still stretching myself when the memory of Emily flashed through my memory, I loved her very much and was willing to call off my engagement and marry her but she dared sold my company confidential documents and still cheated on me with the heir of my fellow competitor.

I was devastated when I heard and watch everything on my laptop from anonymous tip, I called her to meet up at the hotel with because I believe that face to face confrontation would be better, but while at the hotel, I met Jessica, she noticed my mood and asked me “ what is wrong, you don't look too well”

Jessica have always a caring person and someone who can give quality advice, I told her what I just witnessed and she was shocked at Emily’s behavior, I mean I have talked to her about calling off our parents engagement and getting married to Emily and she didn't have a problem with it, according to her she will support whatever makes me happy and she also told me that was not a fan of forced love.

After narrating the incident to her, she suggested I just talked it over with her and offered to stay and keep me company until she comes.

We waited for 3 hours and there was no sign of Emily coming, suddenly my phone chimed and opened it and was shocked with what I saw, I couldn’t explain my feeling because suddenly I realized that I never knew Emilia.

While I was at the hotel waiting for her, she was at another hotel with my competitors father having lunch and being lovey dovey.

I felt a pain in my chest and decided to take up more alcoholic drinks to forget this betrayal, I didn't know how it happened but I started feeling hot and Jessica offered to take me up to my hotel room, so that I can relax.

When she dropped me on the bed,I couldn't withstand the hotness and ended up having s*x with her.

I was already sober when Emilia later came in the evening, But Jessica and I was still on the bed, I was apologizing to her about what happened,and Jessica said it was okay that she understood that I was drunk, I just hugged her to calm her own, it was at this moment that Emilia barged in to the room without knocking, I felt bad but the anger of what she was doing behind my back made speak to her rudely, she started to act like the victim and I was enraged and demanded for a break up, she looked at me and turn around and left.

After she left, I gently excused Jessica because none of this was her fault, she was only trying to help and ended up in this situation.

I am still seething with anger but I really need to clear things with Emilia, I got down from the hotel, I asked my secretary to postpone all my meetings and ask Emily to meet me at our go to restaurant but he replied that she didn't report to work.

I called her and line it was not getting through, I decided to go to her apartment and check up on her.

When Jayden got to the apartment, he was informed that Emilia had packed a while ago and now lives with her sugar daddy “Mr Reed”. Jayden was devastated about how blind he had been to Emily’s manipulation.

He set out to Mr Reed mansion to confront Emilia but he was told that Emilia duped Mr Reed and disappeared with his 10 billion dollars.

Jayden whole world came crashing on him and he fainted.

He woke up at the hospital and gently cried after remembering all that Emily did to him, including divulging the secrets of a business contract.

He vowed not to love anyone again like he loved Emily.

Meanwhile in California, Emilia was battling for her life since she inhaled so mu

ch smoke and her face was half damaged.
