It’s been a week of dreading and preparing, I had taken a little leave at work and although it was impromptu, it was granted as I had never taken any before.
It was easy to take some days off at Bennett’s school, I told Ryan I was off to visit my parents and although he begged for me to let him tag along I knew better.
First he’s human, second, he’s a scientist and I wouldn’t like to admit it but he’s obsessed with mutation and discovering new creatures, I wouldn’t want to endanger the werewolves or humans.
“Are you ready?” Aaron called from the sitting room and I sighed. I had finished packing my luggage and that of Bennett.
Bennett was very excited, he had spent the whole day whispering grandparents and it made me sad. I should have introduced him to them a long time ago.
