“Tell me it's all a damned lie… Tell me what's circulating around is rumors about another person, not my sister… YOU BASTARD!” Adam demanded, trying to break free from Alexander.

“What's wrong, Adam, stop it!” Alexander replied and Adam shook his head while Kyle just sat there numbly. He was moved to tears already not because of the punch but because he was late and Amanda had left already.

To make things worse, where she went was unknown and her brothers couldn't find her. Aaron tried to raise him but he wouldn't budge. “What's going on Adam? Is there something we don't know? Did you find Amanda?” Aaron requested and Theodore was already on his feet.

“This bastard is responsible” Adam replied and everyone paused, wondering what Adam was talking about. “This bastard dated our sister in secret and broke her heart” Adam replied, trying to break free and Alexander released him, stunned momentarily.

Adam dived and began hitting Kyle who didn't try to block the blows or fight back. He was in deep thought as his heart wrenched with pain, his heart had been sliced and he couldn't explain the immense hurt he was feeling. Theodore held Adam back, trying to get more information.

“This might be a misunderstanding, we all know Kyle is a big player and flirt, it must be another girl, Amanda wouldn't stoop low for someone like him” Aaron assured and Adam shook his head.

“I wish! I wish it was another person but this bastard dated her in secret! How absurd, her first relationship was done in secret… she kept it away from us because of this imbecile!” Adam screamed with a lot of hurt and anger in his voice. The quads never kept anything away and to think she kept something as big as that was heartbreaking, it weakened their bond.

Kyle was very devastated, now he understood why Amanda had left, the disappointment and humiliation would be too much for her. Tears began rolling down as he realized he had made her. Kay was also feeling down and regretful. He wished he had stopped Kyle when it all rather than encouraged

“He did what?” Theodore demanded with his eyes going dark. “Dad, I'm sorry but can you excuse us for a minute? Dad, please…” Alexander pleaded and Theodore sighed, he glanced at them before leaving, he trusted them to handle things well.

“Start talking Adam” Alexander replied and immediately Adam swallowed a lump, his eyes were red and hurt was visible in his voice. “This fucker had secretly asked Amanda out and only the moon goddess knows whether she was under a spell for her to accept him. She kept everything a secret and they.. They… they went extreme… Amanda is pregnant” Adam dropped the word slowly and Alexander scowled, his body trembling with pain and hurt.

“What? Pre…pregnant? How… Did he impregnate her? How dare you!” Aaron scowled, ready to pounce on Kyle who was weeping silently.

“No, that's not Amanda… Amanda is smarter than that… she can’t fall for this asshole!” Alexander screamed with fury and Adam sighed sadly.

“I heard this from Rosa. She overheard this fucker rejecting the pregnancy and asking her to terminate it. The most hurtful part was that he used the mate bond to lie! He lied that they were mates and I'm sure Amanda hid it only because she was shocked we hadn't found ours and we wouldn't believe her because she hasn't shifted for years” Adam explained and Alexander grabbed Kyle and raised him.

“How could you be so cruel? Using mate when she's still struggling to get her wolf out?” Alexander demanded as he thrust his knee into Kyle’s stomach, making him groan with pain as he fell.

“There's still more, this bastard did more than deceiving and impregnating her… He insulted her and called her a human, rubbed her wolflessness in her face. Hell I can't imagine how devastated she must have been hearing those words” Adam muttered and kicked Kyle furiously.

“Rejection wasn't enough and you had the guts to ask her to terminate it… what if she ran away to go terminate it! What if something dangerous happens to her in the process?” Alexander screamed, grabbing Kyle by his collar. His face was a mess and he was panting.

“She wouldn’t terminate it. She can't bear to do that…” Kyle spat out and Alexander kicked him, pissed that he had the guts to talk.

“I wonder how she managed to return home and force a smile when she returned home… We’ve been so occupied with ourselves that we didn’t think about Amanda, she must have tried to tell us but we didn't pay attention to her. I feel like s**t right now, I feel it’s all my fault this is happening. Amanda is our little princess and we failed to protect her. This bastard doesn’t deserve to live! Hell, I'm going to strangle you!” Aaron screamed as he launched at Kyle, delivering several punches.

“We failed her. Amanda should be ashamed of having us as her brothers, we didn’t protect her from bastards like him! What else did he do? Damn! I wish she had discussed it with us or said something rather than running away. How do we find her now? I miss her and so does my wolf, he's in a lot of pain right now” Adam disclosed with a shrill voice and Alexander opened the drawer, searching for something.

“Amanda would come back, right? I mean there's nowhere she can go hide out, we can use her scent to track her to wherever she went. I just hope she hasn't done anything crazy…” Aaron muttered and Alexander pulled out a file, staring at it with doubtful eyes while his fingers quaked. He opened the file and went through it while Adam and Aaron made assumptions about where she could be.

“I think she will return home, let's hope for the best and join the guards in searching for her…” Adam muttered, fumbling his fingers nervously and a file fell off Alexander's hand, making everyone turn their attention to him.

“I don't think she would be returning, at least for now I guess” Alexander muttered weakly, his eyes had sunk and they had sadness written in them.

“What?” Aaron asked, rushing to pick up the file while Alexander slumped on the chair numbly. “She took her certificate. She has no reason to come back as she can get a job anywhere and start a new life, she's gone for good” Alexander muttered and Adam howled with pain, glancing at Kyle with hatred.

“This is all your fault! If you hadn't played with my sister's heart then we wouldn’t be here!” Aaron yelled as his skin began appearing as rage consumed his whole body. He shifted faster than he had ever done and launched at Kyle who didn't try to save himself. Aaron jumped on him and used his claw to rip a part of his shirt, sinking his hand deep into Kyle’s chest and the door flung open, revealing Flora who looked downcast with red and swollen eyes.

“Tell me it's all a lie… please tell my daughter didn't run away pregnant and has committed the same mistake which I did” Flora pleaded with tears streaming down her eyes as she broke down in Theodore’s arms.
