Elena's POV:
As soon as we entered inside, my heart clenched with pain seeing the grand arrangement in front of my eyes. I started feeling like the thing could be different tonight. As there could be held my and Stefan's engagement so grandly instead of his and Lizzie's.
And now, in the beginning, my heart becoming so heavy and I don't know how I'm going to feel when the actual engagement going to happen. But I know that I have to be stay strong no matter what because I'm not in love with Stefan anymore and I need to prove to him that by not caring about this stupid engagement.
