Third Person's POV:
Elena became freeze in her place as soon as she heard what Lizzie just said. But at the same time she consoled herself thinking that she might heard Lizzie wrong as even if in her nightmare, she couldn't imagine something bad happened with Stefan.
"Wh...What di...did you ju...just said?", Elena stuttered in a cracked voice as she couldn't hide the fear which she already started feeling even though she was believing that she heard wrong whatever Lizzie just said.
Hearing Elena's question, Lizzie started feeling more bad as she could understand that it was difficult for Elena to believe about Stefan's accident. Lizzie already could assume how painful it going to be for Elena if she knows that Stefan is in pain.
