Taking care of Kimmy could be a challenge sometimes. Especially when I had to pick her up from school.
She was usually an obedient child, but once she walked out of her house, she became uncontrollable. It was almost like she was just being set free from her cage.
I was feeling overwhelmed, running here and there to keep up with her. I couldn’t risk losing her in such a crowded place.
“Julie! I want ice cream.” She said, tugging my hand as we walked back home.
“But you said you’re full already? You didn’t finish your pasta earlier.” I asked her, frowning. We just finished having lunch, and now she was asking for dessert already.
She was pouting her lips, and I sighed defeatedly. “Okay, fine…Just this once, and then we go back home.” I said to her, and she jumped happily
