I waited for almost two hours in front of the ICU room. I saw two other doctors come in, and it seems like her condition is pretty serious.
I only wanted to make things clear with her. But why do things turn out this way?
I saw Dr. Knight walk out of the room, looking very exhausted. He’d already changed into one of those scrubs that they wore while they had to perform some surgery.
I immediately went toward him because I felt that I was also responsible for this.
“How is she?” I asked him. He shot me a glare full of hatred.
