*Will* So much has happened so quickly, I feel like I’m in a whirlwind. It was only moments ago that I was reaching for Millie’s hand in the cold, dark ocean. I was so angry with myself for moving away from her for a moment to row us away from the crowd that I didn’t realize so many people were attempting to crawl on board right by her seat. Going from that horror to suddenly being in a crystal clear, bright pool, then finding her safe and in the arms of her family, wearing the same swimsuit I found her in on the Titanic, has all been so profoundly overwhelming, it feels surreal. Yet, here she is beside me, her warm hand in mine as we walk down the hallway of this brightly lit ship. As we follow what should be a stranger down the hallway, I feel comforted by how much he looks like me–
