I nudged my phone aside, trying to focus on the man who I had sworn my loyalty to.
Ezra smiled as I stood up to hug him, his suit smelled of our and a different scent which I clearly couldn't place in my mind.
“I thought you were not going to come.” I said, laughing. But deep down I wasn't feeling the joy.
“Oh, so sorry. I just wanted to finish up some stuff at the office.”
