My heart panicked a bit but just couldn't help the reassurance I felt just from his presence alone.
“What the f**k are you doing here…?” I whispered, inaudible.
My mom still had her smile on her face but it was slightly altered after Bella's words.
Ezekiel was given a seat close to me and that made me comfortable.
“So sorry to step in unannounced, Vivian and Ezra told me you needed my help so I came running..”
I swear I had already cried under my breath.
“Welcome Mr Lennox—” Bella's voice overtook the room and she stood up to show off her dress.
Ezekiel was silent, Zero reaction he didn't even pay attention to which made me proud because on the other hand Ezra and Harry had their tongue out like they were both begging for a piece of her.
