“It's your brother's.” I said, allowing the words to slip out of my lips before I could barely stop them.
For half a second, the room went dead ass quiet–too quiet, like the air itself was holding its breath and finally the storm broke.
Ezra didn't say another word, instead he spun around and dashed out of the room so fast that I barely had time to register what was happening. My heart leapt into my throat as his footsteps thundered down the hall.
“Ezra-!” I shouted, but now he was barely listening.
A Lound bang echoed through the house as time slammed his fist upon Ezekiel's door. It finally flew open, and before Ezekiel could even react, Ezra’s fist had already connected with his face.
