Doctor appointment

Following Wednesday
After talking with Sarah going to school became alot easier. With out Sarah egging on the rumors they were finally able to die down somewhat. Of course that was also because Sarah was now defending Trinity and telling everyone that she made it all up. Even if they didn't believe her Sarah was scary enough that people wouldn't mess with her knowing the girl wasn't against knocking someone out.
With out all the distracting whispers Trinity felt like she was doing better in in her classes as well. Trinity still wondered why no teachers had gotten involved with how obvious the other students were being about bullying her but she didn't care enough to comment.
After hearing about all that had been happening at school Mr. and Mrs. Cartwrite felt it best that Sarah walk Trinity to and from school (witch she was very happy about) and also that she was grounded for a month(she wasn't as happy about this part but knew it was fair.)
The Cartwrites's also insisted on scheduling a doctors appointment for Trinity this afternoon. Trinity was glad for a way to check on the now almost noticable baby bump but also scared for reasons she herself couldn't even understand. She guessed it was the fear of something being wrong but she wasn't sure that was all it was.
Luckily Sarah and the Cartwrites's would be there for her this time. but what about next time? She wondered. Would Chris go with me? Or would I still have the Cartwrites's take me? I think I'd rather a females presence but the only person I really want to be there is someone I've never even met. She thought frowning down at the desk she was sitting at.
"Is there something the matter miss Dotson?" The teacher asked from the front noticing the girl not paying attention to the lesson.
Realizing the teacher was referring to her Trinity quickly replied with little shake of her head." N-no ma'am"
"Alright just make sure your paying attention please" the teacher said turning back to the board.
"Yes ma'am" Trinity said starting to take notes again.

The appointment
"Sarah?" Trinity said quietly.
"Ya Trin?" The girl asked looking over at her.
"Why am I so nervous?" She asked looking down at her shaking hands.
"Well for one this is kinda nerve-racking for two you've always hated doctors so that might have a part in the nerves to" Sarah said taking one of the blondes hands in hers adding, "Hey, it's okay I'll be right beside you through the whole thing alright?"
"A-alright..." Trinity said feeling only a little bit better. "Where's my phone I need to text Chris and tell him whats going on." She said looking for her phone.
"It's in your backpack like it always is after school" Sarah said handing her the bag and trying to calm her down.
"Oh right..." Trinity said pulling out her phone and beginning to text Chris.

Moving on the Cartwrites's insisted on taking me to an obstetrician so I'm at my first pregnancy doctors appointment today...

Trinity then got up putting away her phone and walked over to where the nurse was standing.
"Are you Trinity Dotson?" The nurse asked smiling.
"Yes she is" Mrs. Cartwrite answered from behind her.
"Alright right this way please" the nurse said walking into the the back part of the office.
Looking over at Sarah she felt a light reassuring squeeze on her hand and began following the nurse. They walked into a room labeled 'room 4'. Sitting on the bed after being told to Trinity stuck out her arm so that the nurse could check her blood pressure and heart rate. After wards the nurse took Trinity back out of the room and weighed her and took her height like what would happen at a normal doctors appointment.
"How far along do you think you are sweetheart?" The nurse asked sweetly.
"Um a little over two months" Trinity said after a bit of thinking.
"And how much did you weigh before you got pregnant sweetie?" The nurse asked looking down at her clipboard pen already writing down the previous information.
"Um I was around 120 125ish" Trinity said in a small voice knowing the next words that would come out of the woman's mouth.
"That's a little bit under weight for someone of your height hun" the nurse said as she wrote down the new information. "You might want to eat a bit more so that you don't starve your baby. Because the first trimester is the most crucial for development it could cause issues with developing the vital organs if your not eating properly."
"Yes ma'am" Trinity replied as they went back to room 4 where Sarah and Mrs. C we're waiting.
"The doctor will be with you shortly." Said the nurse as she walked out of the room.
A few minutes later a tall brunette with glasses and flawless skin walked in.
"Hello dear my name is Dr. Samantha Pepper, you can call me Dr. Pepper, and I'll be you doctor." She said smiling. " Okay so from what I can understand is your about two and a half months along, so half way done with the first trimester, correct?" She added after no one responded to her first statement.
"Yes ma'am" Trinity said looking down at her stomach and playing with her fingers.
" So how long have you known you where pregnant miss Trinity?" Dr. Pepper asked.
"Um I think maybe like three or four weeks ago" Trinity said a bit unsure of herself.
"Have you been eating properly?" She asked next.
"For the past week I have but before that I just ate whenever I remembered to." Trinity answered truthfully.
"Okay. Oh I saw that when they checked your blood pressure earlier it was a bit high. I can assure you that there's nothing to worry about. I mean you have your mother's and sisters approval and support so you'll have all the help you need." Dr. Pepper said pointing at Mrs. Cartwrite and Sarah.
"Oh no that's not my mother and I don't have any sisters that I know of. That's actually my best friend and her mother. I'm living with them since my adopted parents kicked me out." Trinity said dryly.
"Oh my goodness! I apologise for assuming. Back to what I was saying tho just make sure to try not to stress much it's bad for yours and the babys health." Dr. Pepper said after a brief moment of shock from Trinitys words.
"Anyways I'll need to see you again in a few weeks. How's the 30th sound?"
"Wait how many weeks is that?" Trinity asked realizing she didn't know what the date was.
"It's in exactly two weeks" Mrs. Cartwrite answered.
"Oh...wow" Trinity said under her breath.
"What is it sweetie?" Mrs. Cartwrite asked her.
"Huh? Oh nothing.." Trinity said trailing off.
"Well that was all just go get the next appointment set up and I'll see you next time!" Dr. Pepper said leaving the room.
After setting up the next appointment they headed home. Trinity ate dinner at Mrs. C's insistence then went up to her room. Once she was there she got ready for bed and told Chris how the appointment had gone.
