When the tram reached the top, everyone else had gotten off at one of the first two stops and they were the last four. Will nodded politely to the guard on the way out and still holding her hand, Dani followed close behind. She didn’t recognise the fellow shifter but Shane seemed to after giving a friendly greeting to the young man.
They geared up and started off, it was quite steep to start, so they soon picked up a fair bit of speed. Dani was the slowest of the group, not used to manoeuvring at such a fast pace, she took it steady until the mountain levelled out a bit further down.
