The Training

Nichole's POV

"WHAT!?!?! Your telling me that Chaz isn't my brother," I exclaimed. 

"Well, as far as I know. I mean we lived in a small community so everyone knew everyone. Your mom and I were best friends before we were mates. I don't ever remember her being pregnant before she had you.  Although I do remember my brother fooling around with the pack w***e and getting her pregnant. I thought she had a miscarriage but she did leave the pack for a few months after her miscarriage she might have actually had the child then had her mother who wasn't a wolf raise the child. It's just a theory so don't take it to heart." my dad replied.

"I want to go back." 

"Why do you want to go to the pack that doesn't respect you as you are the future Luna of all Alphas?"

"Wait... You are going to make me Luna when you retire?"

"Well you are my oldest child aren't you?"

"I...I think so. But what about Tad? Isn't he your son?"

"Tad may biologically be my son but no child of mine will do what he did to you. You will become the Luna of all Alphas when you turn 20. I am going to start training you so that you can take over in 4 years. While we have been talking, I've been thinking about it and you can go to your old pack only after you get half way through your training."

"So your saying that I have to wait 2 years until I can go to my old pack?"

"Yes and I am not going to fight with you about it."

"Ok. So when does my training start?"

"Um... Tomorrow. You'll start training tomorrow with my best warrior."

"Ok. When and where will I meet 'em?"

"You will meet him at the front doors of the palace at  6:30 am."

"Ok. Good night dad."

"Good night Sweetheart."

The next day 

 At 6:00 am, my alarm goes off waking me in the middle of a very good dream. After I got dressed in athletic leggings and a matching sports bra, I went to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee. Carrying a to go cup of coffee, I walked to the front doors of the palace. I reached the front and saw my dad's best warrior standing there waiting on me. 

"Hi. I'm Nichole, Alpha's daughter. You can call me Nikki." I said as I got to the doors.

"I'm Nick. Let's just get this over with. Follow me." Nick responded heading toward the woods. "So I know where to start with your training, how much physical activity have you done in the past?" He asked when we were about in the forest.

"Um...well. Considering  the fact that I wasn't even allowed to eat with the pack, I would say that I have no physical activity experience besides running away from my pack. " I had responded. 

"Oh..Uh... So we'll just start with 1 mile run to warm up." After he says that we reach the forest.  "Ok we"ll start here and you'll follow me. If I stop you stop, ok?" 

"Ok," I had responded just before we took off in the woods. After like 5 minutes, I asked him, "Are we done yet?" As a very rude response, he just laughed and said no. Like how rude.  After another 5 minutes, he said, "Ok we'll stop here and do 50 push ups and 50 sit ups." After we finished, true to his word, we ran another mile. When we finished that mile, we repeated the 50 sit ups and 50 push ups. "Ok, so we are going to do that one more time then we'll be done," He told me before I was done with my push ups. "Ugh. Really? Again?" I questioned after I finished my push ups.  When we finished the next round, he told me, "Ok, so we are done for now. We will meet at 1 o'clock." 

My response was, "I have to do this more than once a day?" 

"Ha, Your father didn't tell you that it's not gonna just be in the morning."

"No, in fact he didn't."

"Well you're gonna be in for a long day."
