[Avery's POV]
My chest was throbbing up and down as I look at him in pure rage. He doesn't have a single idea what happened while he's away.
"I know you still love me." Every inch of me was shaking intensely. His electric blue eyes were stained with tears as he looked at me in melancholy. His eyes were puffily red and full of despair.
"My love for Xanthite never fades, but the person in front of me is just a stranger and our intern. Many things changed and it's because you left."
