Dominic lead me into a huge foyer with wait staff taking cloaks and leading guests farther in. They were in black and white pressed suits with back bones so stiff they might have been made out of metal. I gave up my beautiful fur lined cloak and my lighter cloak underneath that I hadn't taken off yet. The staff barely raised an eyebrow. Candles were everywhere in massive crystal chandeliers, sconces, and candlesticks. The ringlets bouncing around my face glittered like silver blades in the light.
