John Wilkes Booth, 1838 – 1865: Famous actor, assassin of President Abraham Lincoln.
Nettie Colburn Maynard, 1841 – 1892: Popular medium and spiritualist to many famous figures, including the Lincolns.
Senator John Parker Hale, 1806 – 1873: Abolitionist senator from New Hampshire, close friend of President Lincoln.
Lucy Hale, 1842 – 1915: Daughter of Senator Hale, briefly engaged to Booth.
Dr. Francis Tumblety, 1833 – 1903: Medical doctor and Confederate sympathizer, briefly a suspect in the Lincoln assassination plot. Collected women"s internal organs in jars. In 1888, became a Jack the Ripper suspect in London.
