DAVID’S POV
I have never had a gun pointed at me my whole life and I had always thought the day that happens I would quake in my boots and be paralyzed by fear but now that I have a gun pointed at me. I manage to remain calm probably because I’m confident that the guard doesn’t have a reason to shoot me if I don’t try to attack him or his employer. I need to play it cool now and humbly ask Greenfield to help me out of the goodness of his heart if he does actually have a beating heart.
