When something bad happens, people often look for someone to blame, whilst others are always quick to shift the blame onto anyone else but them some blame themselves. I am thankful that Matt survived the snake bite and he is going to be okay. Thanks to mother for giving him first aid, if not for her I wouldn't have known what to do. At first I blamed mother for allowing Matt to come after me on his own but I started thinking that I am the reason we stopped by the forest. Mother did say it was not safe but I only cared about finding my missing father instead of the people I am left with, the people who are still there.
