Not Again!

Angelo what are you doing? I asked out loud so that Priska could here. Angelo retreated the branch and acted like, he has been still the whole time, which just got Priska to give me a questioning look. I just stood up and went around the trunk . Returning with all the seeds that Angelo had taken. Priska still didn’t understand, what had happened but she didn’t question anything and carried on preparing her decoration. When we where done we started draping the vine, around it trunk and putting the colourful pebble stones, at the bottom of the trunk to surround the tree. While we where doing this, Angelique returned with Nehu. dragging something that had, six round hard vegetables on three straight brunches and a woven basket that was so big. Which was tied to all this. There where vines that where thick that helped to drag and steer. Kiway came out of his cave to see what was making the noise. Nehu went close to Angelo waiting for Angelique to fetch the leafs from kiway’s cave. Angelique was explaining to kiway what she was told and how the instructions, them selves are trial and error. Kiway walked Angelique out of the cave and close enough to the tree. In case they might need help cause the tree was now quite big, compared to the time it was carried here for the first time. Angelique crouched down, to the floor and told the tree to move to her hands. Nehu got to the other side of the tree. Angelo removed his roots from the ground holding onto Angie’s hands. Immediately when it made contact it started glowing with a dim light. It removed more of its roots till it was all free from the ground. kiway went to help on Nehu side and they carried it off the ground a little bit. Angelique struggled on her side so I joined in. Taking Angie’s side but holding it at a branch rather than from the bottom. We put it in the carrier basket and all of us worked together. To take Angelo and Angie to the river. When we got to the river we took out Angelo. Both Angelo and Angie went into the water. When they where in the water, Nehu got in and gave Angelo his leafs. A few of them at a time. Angelo shined brighter and brighter, till all the leafs had been replaced, then the sparks came, after it shined the brightest Angelique wondered, how come the tree wasn’t making her float away, with the water but didn’t ask. The tree had anchored itself in the river bed, with some roots. Once Angelo had completely healed, we assisted with getting Angelo back into the basket. Then dragged Angelo back to the spot next to the Willow tree where he placed his roots back into the ground. Angelique then stood in front of the tree and said I am sorry Angelo for hurting you. Will you forgive me. To this the tree raised its branches and stole a hug then raised its branches and waving them indicating that it was happy. I burst out laughing and everyone else joined me. Angie just smiled. Kiway sent us away saying that it is late. We said goodbye to kiway and Priska then headed home. When we got home we found mom cooking and we had supper with Nehu. Narrating everything that happened during the day as mom laughed at some things about our day. Listening attentively. At some points we where all talking at the same time. Which she found to be really funny. After supper Nehu said good night and good bye, giving us hand shakes and our mother a warriors bow, then she left to go home. The next day. I woke up and did my normal routine, then strapped my claws and went into the forest. Before I could reach the high trees. I came across the half blind Spikeres and it was already charging, so I had to run. The direction which I had gone while in my panicked mode had no high trees either. There was a stream but it was so shallow, that I believe that I could pass quickly. To get to the trees that are high, on the other side. The Spikeres was catching up though, so I would have to hurry. I got to the stream and tried to cross quickly but I lost footing and fell. The water was not deep but the Spikeres was right there about to jab me with its big horn. I HELD MY BREATH AND CLOSED MY EYE’S. Wishing that I could disappear instead of being jabbed. I could here the Spikeres breathing hard and the continuation of its stomping feet on the ground but I felt no pain. Did I just die on impact so I can’t feel any pain. If death is not painful then it was fine with me. I opened my eyes and my surrounding was wet and brown like mud. Not again! does this mean, I am in a dream again. Before the worms start crawling into all the wholes, I’d better get a way out of this mud. This time I tried to swim up but was not getting anywhere, probably because I was not trying hard enough. I don’t like worms but the Spikeres only leads to sudden death which was worse. The Spikeres was roaming around above my head, like it had lost something. It would go past where I am, then return to the spot above me. Kicking back with its hoofs. Then go past and return again. It did this for a while and I wondered if this is a dream or not. Then I had a nice idea. If this is a dream, that would mean I could do anything I imagine. Meaning I could get the Spikeres stuck in the mud. To try this out, first I will have to, swim deeper and away from the place it saw me disappear. Which is what I started working on and this time I had progress, as I moved away, just like I was swimming.
