Phobos was just a moon that orbited Mars. There was nothing special about it. The only fact remotely exciting thing about it was that it was orbiting the planet that was responsible for the system’s production of war machines.
Although, Ben, as well as his team, doubted the Order should send a small force to the moon to do damage to Mars.
