Chapter Three: Edd's POV

268 Words
Oh, Kevin is not moving or speaking. I must get out of here before I cry. I can not cry in front of him but he is blocking the door. I feel the tears start to fall as Kevin starts to speak. "You're not going anywhere till you look at me and tell me why." Oh, that, that... "You are such a...a lowlife Kevin!" The tears fall from my eyes as I run past him. Well, more of a horrible jog as I am not in shape enough to run aywhere. As i get closer to the end of the street I hear faint footsteps behind me. I pray that it is not him but luck is not on my side today. "Hey Dork! Wait up would ya?!" Regardless of my wishes to be alone right now I slow down enough for him to catch up with me. "May I help you Kevin?" I keep my eyes on the sidewalk as I keep walking. I can not look at him at this time for he has really hurt me. "We need to talk. Let's go to the park." Kevin grabs my arm and pulls me towards the park. I am not sure if I want to be alone with him but I do not disagree with him. "What is this about Kevin? I really must do my homework." I can not believe I just told my first lie. I have finished my homework hours ago. "Just come on Double Dork. It won't take long." The look on his face makes me nervous. I never seen Kevin like this.
