In which he recounts what she had done.

Kye Cohen sits before everyone, anxious.
He knew what he has to say, and the exact words that the people needed to hear. From the reports, he had submitted, and the evidence presented, everything was all resting on his shoulders. The lawyer was presenting the case and the second he was done with everything, Kye needed to answer his questions.
A part of him feel like he wanted to vomit, needing to release the tension of what could happen after this. Looking at his friends that sit in the first row of the audience, he could see that all were visibly anxious. None of them would look at him differently after this, he knew that.
But he always feared letting them know. All because he knew they would worry.
