Ryan POV: "I've really enjoyed spending time with you," I said as I stood with her at the terminal. She smiled and adjusted Mason in her arms. "Hopefully I'll see you back in town?" She asked, I nodded. "Sooner than you think." She smiled, "I'd like that." She grabbed her bags and turned to leave as they called for final boarding, I waved her off and watched her disappear. Once she had gone, I stuffed my hands into my coat pocket and headed out of the airport. I felt deflated and drained.
