Amelia wanted to say more but since Elaine already promised to come to her house, she couldn't do anything but leave it until then "fine, I will be expecting you" she glared at Thomas before getting into her truck and leaving the building.
Elaine turned to Thomas then, "I'm really sorry about my mother. She can be dramatic sometimes. I just hope you didn't let anything she said get to you. Believe me, she is not always like that, I think someone has agitated her already and she is just looking for a place to fume off and we happen to be the victims" she smiled tiredly.
