Jasper was fuming, he couldn't take her talking to him like that, he wanted to retaliate but he remembered his mother's words. If he wants to get her back, he has to be gentle with her and do anything she says. He can always pay her back when she is finally his. He took a deep breath to calm down, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that. I don't want to annoy you more than you already are."
