CHAPTER 32 Clara's POV I smoothed down my dress, feeling uneasy as Spencer led me into the hotel lobby. I'd only agreed to come because he'd been insisting, and I finally gave in. But now, I was having second thoughts. As we walked in, I realized with a sinking feeling that this was a bachelorette party. The lobby was filled with rope-wrapped women, balloons, and a giant p***s-shaped piñata. And strippers. Lots of strippers, all with perfect bodies and sultry smiles. I felt uncomfortable, my eyes scanning the room for an escape route. Spencer, sensing my unease, leaned in close. “Relax, Clara.” He murmured, his breath tickling my ear. But it was hard to relax when there were men in thongs dancing on tables. I fumbled with my top, feeling self-conscious, and glanced over at Spencer.
