Akriti's pov
This day cannot be more suprising than it already has been like seriously I am the talk of the town like why people are so obsessed with him. They had found aim of their life to find the face of the girl in arms of his highness [note the sarcasm plzz......]
But the fact i didn't knew that there was more of a shock waiting for me at home.
Rudransh's pov
Sitting inside my office i stare at the screen infront of me which shows news about the gala yesterday. Nothing was mentioned about chandelier crash or the chaos it caused I think dadosa[grandfather] handled it, but the point of concern was not chandelier but a certain photograph of me with her.....in my arms.
Recalling the moment when i had her captured in my arms, she fitted perfectly like she belonged there. She has those honey brown eyes that reflects each of her emotions and the moment those eyes came in contact of mine i just freezed, nothing________ I mean nothing was as mesmerizing as her eyes.
Snapping out of my thoughts i looked back at the screen the photo was nice and her face is hidden in my arms which is a relief because with her hidden identity its safe for her, she is away from any danger as of now. Saving the photo in my device I got back to my work.

Both of them are still unaware of the danger and the future their families have planned for them.
As the evening approached Akriti was called by her grandparents, they all sat together in living room discussing about random things when her father and brother returned back from office, she was ingulfed in a bear hug by her father who kissed her forehead and asked "How's my gudiya doing" "Now i am super happy as my favourtie people are home." she replied smiling brightly. Everyone chuckled at her advances, she is the pampered princess of Rathores who was soon going away from them to her new home and this thought saddened them, they have always been her shadow never letting her go anywhere alone.
Suddenly a shrill of ringing phone broke their moment. Shivansh [father] picked his phone and frowned looking at the caller id, he wondered why rudransh's father was calling him. Nonetheless he picked the phone and excused himself from the family and when he returned he was happy and sad both.
Abhishek noticed that his father wants to tell something but is hesitating so he asked "What happened papa" everyone's eyes now turned to shivansh he inhaled a deep breath and said "Shekhawat's have decided the wedding date" "And what's that" asked abhishek
"Engagement after 2weeks and wedding after 2months" he said making everyone heart drop it was so soon taht's what they thought.
"It's too soon, why they are in so much hurry" exclaimed Abhishek not liling the idea of getting his sister married so quickly.
"Because there is no auspicious date other than this according to their kundalis for the next two years and Rudransh is a crown prince they cannont wait that long" he tried to explain them the situation.
"but.........."I am ready" Abhishek was stopped between when Akriti agreed foe the proposal.
"What" he said not liking his sister's decision "I am ready bhai" she said again. Before Abhishek could speak again his grandfather said "So it's decided our gudiya is getting engaged after 2weeks".
Akriti's pov
Everything is moving so fast only few days ago I accepted the proposal and now I am getting engaged in 2weeks and on top of that bhai is angry on me and I understand his concerns he was the only one who never left my side after mumma died whether i was right and corrected me when i was wrong, we fight a lot but i know how deep down we both care for each other no matter what happens and soon i am gonna leave all of them behind to start a new life
I was on the verge of crying when ringing of my phone snapped me out of my daze, picking it up i saw the caller id it displayed nehal was calling me, i picked my phone and walked into the balcony.
"Hello!" i said "Hello hii chod bhen ky ho rha h yeh bta [ leave hello hii sister tell me what's happening]" And i narrated her all the eventd that unfolded in the evening and how i was feeling .
"Be excited bro you are getting the husband like fictional character which every women out there desires"
"And what type of men every women desires Ms. Garg." I asked
"The man who can destroy the world to stop her tears type of man" she exclaimed.
I chuckled and said "They do not desire that type of men, these men are only fictional"
"So you tell me what type of a men a women desires miss I know it all" she asked
"A women doesn't desire that kind of early love where a man says he'll destroy the world to stop hr tears . Instead, she longs for a gentle, steady love, the kind that even after many years can't stand to see her sadness without feeling restless himself..........She doesn't seek a man who just loves her in the beginning; she seeks a man who will stand by her side through every phase of life, a man who will commit to walking beside her for the long haul". I replied while staring at the moon.
"Wow" she replied "Do you see these qualities in Rudransh" she suddenly asked making me speechless and i questioned myself do i really find these qualities in him? Is he going to walk beside me through the unsteady roads of life only one asnwer comes to my mind...................
"Yes" i replied even shocking myself at the amount of confidence in my voice for him.......
