Chapter 4 - Charlie

Charlie finally contacted the council that evening and was waiting for them to gather. All the council members who was going to be attending, are unaware of what would be transpiring when the meeting finally happens.

Charlie is frantically looking through any library books he had at he's disposal to see if there was any reference to a rebirth of someone who was not meant to be reborn. He also began looking through all the diary's he had kept over the years to see if there's something he may have forgotten or overlooked, before the council had a chance to get to the the meeting with him to find out what was going on and why he needed to call an emergancy meeting after almost a decade of him keeping away from all other immortals.

Charlie kept looking through the books he had and he couldn't find anything that would make any sense to why he's lou was reborn again and why she's not exactly the same as she had been so many times before.

something had changed this time but he didn't know what all he knew was she found him which happened all the other times.

What's changed is how she's always been shy she's now outgoing and not afraid to do anything she's not done before.

she looks like lou but she's not got lou's personality

Charlie wanted to know what was going on and why after all this time things have changed. Charlie hoped that the council would know something about this. Maybe they have seen it before? Maybe they had heard about this before?

Charlie knew he couldn't talk to her as he didn't know what it may do him simply being careless and almost letting her see him could have caused so much to change.
