Once In A Lifetime
Life was not getting any easier for Kandar in Boulder Mountain, as Esmerelda would learn later. Events that would eventually push him in her direction were under way.
Parcella cheerfully went about dusting the house. It was a simple house with living quarters downstairs and sleeping quarters upstairs. There was a table and a fireplace downstairs. Four chairs surrounded the table, and a simple rug lay on the floor beside it. She was planning to join the rest of the ladies at the town circle, where they held their daily traditional luncheon.
