Daisy’s POV My body jolts forward as I come to a sudden stop, my seatbelt cutting into my chest and stomach painfully, as the front of the car connects with the trunk of a large tree, the branches of which slam angrily into the paintwork as glass rains down on me from my windscreen. I close my eyes against the flying shards, my hands coming up to shield my face. When the feeling of glass hitting my skin subsides, I slowly open my eyes again, breathing heavily, before, with trembling fingers, I reach for the button to release my seatbelt. I fumble down the side of me for the release button, but I can't find it. Panic starts to filter into my body as my attempts to find the button that will release me become more frantic. Oh God, I'm trapped! I can't get out! Please God, get me out! I need
