"Surprised you two are the ones coming with me," I said as Karma and Psy.cho walked me down the halls of the hospital. We spent the last few hours with Evander, catching him up on everything that happened. Of course, Everly wasn't too happy that she had to leave for it all. I was fine with Mom staying, but not Everly. Thankfully, Mom took one for the team and took Everly out of the room for us. Everly might have been acting... differently, but I still didn't trust her.
