Dusk hadn't been able to get the thoughts of his affair with Dawn, his high school teacher, out of his head. He had been driven by some raw emotions he hadn't felt before and it had been the hottest two months of his life. He had had to keep his mouth shut about it and it had eaten at him every day. Dusk's grades had suffered and he had been warned by his parents that things needed to turn around - or else. But the desire to be with Dawn was too strong for Dusk to resist and he lied to his parents about where he was going one night; he instead headed off to see Dawn. Dusk and Dawn spent the night together with an intensity unlike anything before. Despite finishing his final exam two weeks earlier, Dusk hadn't felt the same sense of closure that exams often bring. After moving on from Dawn, Dusk still hadn't felt closure and this time felt compelled to go back and embrace the feelings with Dawn once more. The affair had gone on for the majority of his high school career, but Dusk now had a new sense of peace. He had moved on and realized that relationships are meant to come and go. He had also now recognized the consequences of making foolish decisions. Now, Dusk could barely remember the wrongs he had committed, but he would never be able to forget what had happened. He decided to visit again and found someone else at the door... it was Dawn's daughter Rachel she is not here she said after opening the door that Dusk had been knocking on for hours... something about the whole thing made him feel scared did the daughter know anything or was he just being paranoid. Hey.. he texted later that night she was offline he started feeling like maybe he was being cut off what else did he expect she was older than him either way... perhaps she just wanted some space something hurt was he in love... the whole event replayed in his mind... what was he supposed to do now... apart from the s*x she was undoubtedly the best person he had ever met ... the age aside... he would have made it serious maybe it was fates way of telling him to keep off but he wouldn't he would try to make it work. It was past midnight, his phone chimed it was Dawn, his insides skipped. He froze for a while thinking what to text....
