"What do you mean?" She whispered. He shook his head. "That's not important right now. The most important thing is that I have you back in my hands." He pecked her hard on her lips. "I love you so much Nikki, and I will never stop telling you that till you believe it."
She smiled lightly. "I believe it." It was true. She did. She just wasn't sure if he did.
"Say it. I want you to tell me again." He said holding her face tighter but not in a way that hurt her. "Tell you what?" She asked clueless of what he spoke about. Tears flooded his vision. "Tell me you'll never leave me." He said in almost a plea. Roman was not scared of the dark. He was not scared of dying. He was scared of being alone once again.
She gently pecked his tear stained eyes, then his lips, tears forming in her own eyes
