KAT'S POV
"So were you following him?" the officer asked me.
It happened in a jiffy. I was just walking back to the hotel and now I'm at a police station accused of being a stalker by, none other than, KIM TAEHYUNG.
Wow! Meeting BTS and being accused by Taehyung. Every army would probably want to be me if they know.
I was enjoying the effect of the alcohol a while ago but it just faded because of this.
"I was following someone earlier sir, but.." I was being honest about it.
"How about having the same flights, eating at the same restaurants and drinking at the same pubs? Were those intentional? This man got photos of you as evidence," the officer asked me.
"I did not know about those Mr. Officer! I promise!" I answered the officer. "And you took my photos?" I asked Taehyung this time.
"To be honest, I'm a fan, I understand your action but please, believe me. I was not following you at all, wait I was just following you a while ago because I wanted to walk with someone since were going to the same direction. I did not even know it was you," I explained.
"I was napping outside the bar and I was woken up by someone passing by me. I noticed that he was heading at the same direction so I followed. I just want to walk with someone since I was still tipsy at that time.
"But other than that, I was not aware at all. Wait, can I have my phone sir? I think I got something in there to prove myself. This is all just a misunderstanding" I told the officer.
"Here sir. I booked the flight and my hotel a few months ago. I even have this itinerary prepared a year ago. I came ready for this trip," I explained as I showed him the emails and documents on my phone.
The officer glanced at Taehyung who was now looking at the floor. He looked embarrassed but I don't blame him at all. He was just being cautious since we was really famous.
"It looks like it was just a misunderstanding boy," the officer told Taehyung.
He looked down and embarrassed by his accusation. He was pouting and he was being so obvious.
"Hey! It's okay" I told him.
He then looked and me, surprised by what I've said.
I'm a fan of BTS and I understand his reaction. I was annoyed at first but when I put myself in his shoes, I would probably do the same thing.
I have read cases of stalker fans before and I know how afraid he was thinking that one might be following him.
"I'm so sorry sir. I overreacted," he bowed to the officer. "I'm so sorry for mistaking you as a stalker," he bowed to me as well.
It was really difficult to calm my fan heart. Here I was at a police station with Taehyung and he was bowing to me.
"It's okay," I told him with a blank expression. What are you doing? What's with the cold treatment?
I continued my act and look at the officer as he was gathering my things. He handed me my bag ans said, "I think this misunderstanding is now resolved. Both of you can go back to your place. I'll continue my patrol duty."
We then stood up our seats and start to head out outside the station.
"Uhm.. Miss, I am really sorry for that. I did not know. I hope you understand," it was Taehyung speaking in a soft voice.
His voice is really amazing! I used to listen to his song before sleeping. Who would've thought that it would be more amazing in person!
And then again, I cannot answer him. It's the second time today that I was dumbstruck because of a BTS member.
I really do not know how to talk to him. It frustrates me that I cannot answer him. I probably need a shot to talk to him normally.
I looked at the officer as he was getting in the patrol car.
"Sir, would it be possible to drop me at my hotel?" I asked him since I suddenly felt the tiredness in my body.
"Sure! Hop on!" the officer answered.
I smiled at the officer, "Thank you s..!"
"Can I come too?" it was Taehyung this time.
"Sure. Come on, young ones! Let's go!"
Me and Taehyung get in the car and seated beside each other.
Since I have already showed the officer my hotel, he asked Taehyung for his address.
Taehyung handed his address to the officer.
"Oh. Both of you are staying close to each other. That's why you were heading at the same direction a while ago," he then laughed at us.
I looked at Taehyung but I regretted it immediately since I was starstrucked again. I looked away since he was also looking at me.
Gosh! How could he look so good? I can't even look at him.
No wonder he was always won as the Most Handsome Person in the World.
"Apologies for scene earlier. I am really sorry" he said.
"It's fine," I finally said a word but I could not look at him at all. I keep my eyes on the road and I noticed the the officer smiling at the rear view mirror.
The awkwardness then continued and no one spoke a word.
Good thing that Valletta was such a small place! I can finally see my hotel.
The officer then stopped and I opened the car and got out.
"Sir, thank you for the ride!" I told the officer.
"You're welcome!" he smiled and looked at Taehyung behind him but he did not say a word.
"Take care always, Mr. Officer!" and I waved at him. The car then left. I continued looking and the moving car still not believing what happened today
I entered the hotel and went directly to my room. I put my bag on the desk, removed my shoes and went directly to the bed.
Wow! Kim Taehyung and Kim Seokjin! Both are them are so breathtaking. What an exhausting day!
