Chapter Thirty-Three Hannah I lasted a week. Once there was no more cheesecake, I went home. Mike walked me to my car and kissed me goodnight—a public-appropriate kiss with no tongue. He texted me the next morning and we met at a dog park to let Rusty socialize and play. Mike was still a hand-holder and it fell under the definition of slow, so I didn’t mind.
